SERVICE WARRANTY
Vincent's Furniture Shop and Services assures that all items delivered at your home are made to order, created it brand new and are only assembled on the day of the scheduled installation.
All products/services made by VFSS are non-eligible for a warranty since all products/services are moveable, may result into misuse or improper care.
The following instances are NOT CONSIDERED AS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE:
• Solid wood will normally have wood grains and or “eye” marks which sometimes are evident on the wood.
• A bended metal will naturally will have a wrinkled mark on the bended area.
• Mechanisms installed at our cabinets sometimes loosen, which is a characteristic of a metal screw.
• Painted steel and or varnished wood or laminate finished products sometimes will have unavoidable mark or tiny portion of imperfections natural to its characteristic and workmanship. Such imperfections can be retouched by using paint and or paint markers.
• Desired paint may apply differently to product/s depends on type of wood.
VFSS on the other hand, gives 7-day (after installation) REPAIR warranty.
WHAT ARE UNDER 7-DAY REPAIR WARRANTY?
• DEFECTIVE MECHANISM - In any circumstances that the mechanism installed is not serving its purpose, VFSS shall automatically fix (if necessary) the defect or replace the certain mechanism at our own expense,
• CRACK ON WOOD - In any circumstances that the product/s damaged upon or after installation (within 7 days), VFSS shall schedule a repair (if necessary) or replace the certain part of wood damaged at our own expense.
• PAINT SCRATCHES/DENTS - In any circumstances that during installation, paint of products/services visibly shows scratches and dents, VFSS shall re-paint (same day) if necessary or schedule a repair at our own expense.
